If there are insufficient funds from
the estate of the person who has died, and you are the person responsible for the funeral arrangements you may be able to
obtain assistance from the Social Fund.
When you register the death, the registrar will provide more information
on contacting the Department for Work and Pensions (Social Security Claims).
Your Funeral Director will be pleased to help you tailor the cost of the funeral to meet your funds,
but you may wish to note that a simple service held at Roucan Loch is an inexpensive option.
