Saying goodbye to a loved one is very important and we believe we have the best staff to make that possible for you. We also provide a unique facility where the next of kin are given a key to access the chapel of rest and a private viewing room at a time to suit themselves.

Our staff need plenty of time to ensure that everything is prepared for viewing. They will contact you to arrange an initial meeting and to provide you with the keys.

Once this is done, you are free to access the chapel as often as you like and at any time in the late afternoon and evening. Please note the lights will come on automatically for you as they are on a sensor, and they will remain on for up to 15 minutes.

On the day of the funeral - (or at an agreed time) we will retrieve the keys from you.
